Take a peek at how Jean Doucet and his family made a living in 1772, with our farm and fishing implements of the past. Entrance to these exhibits is included with admission to the site, which can be paid at the Farmer's Bank.  Location: Doucet House

Come and join us on a tour of one of the most influencial banks in North America, accompanied by the Doucet house! Operating between 1864 & 1894, the Farmer's Bank of Rustico has many tales to tell between it's sandstone walls. Admisson is as followed: $6 for adults, $4.50 for seniors and $3.50 for youth under 18! Open Monday-Saturday, 9:30-5:30.    Location: Farmers' Bank and Doucet House

Reg Porter, who, over the past 50 years, has studied the evolution of Island churches of various denominations, will explore the significant elements of this evolution from the 18th Century to the time of Confederation and present a pattern of development that ties in with the stylistic trends of the architecture of those times.  The lecture begins at 7:30, upstairs in the Farmer's Bank.  Location: Farmers' Bank
