Sur La Braises/ Over The Coals is more than just an experience! It’s our invitation to slow down and engage with the elemental through fire and food! The experience offers a meaningful encounter with tradition – elevated by care, craftsmanship, and a profound sense of place!
With Rustico Bay as the backdrop and set within the natural beauty of the Doucet House Museum, the oldest existing building on PEI, this experience offers to meet with our history and return to simplicity, where food is prepared with intention and every element reflects a deep connection to the homestead!
A Menu Rooted in Place
We celebrate the richness of local land and sea, with a menu that is both rustic and thoughtfully composed:
- Steamed Mussels, harvested from the waters of Rustico Bay
- House-made Sausages, prepared from a signature recipe
- Freshly in-house baked French Baguettes
Each part is an expression of Island terroir – fresh, honest, and quietly exceptional.
