Make your own butter and ice cream. The Bannock is baked in the outdoor bread oven. Apple cider (soft) will be served with the meal, which also includes traditional Acadian Chicken Fricot (soup), Rapure (potato pie with pork), Rustico Meat Pie, along with homemade bread, and condiments of mustard pickles, molasses, and maple syrup. Seasonal dessert with ice cream.

To remember your time with us you can purchase a Souvenir Recipe booklet featuring our traditional recipes (French or English).

Wine and hard Cider available for purchase.

Comments  “Hi Arnold, I wanted you to let you know that there were “rave reviews” for the dinner last night.  They were so impressed with everything, you as the storyteller and historian and your students. They will be telling all their friends about the experience. It’s definitely a winner!” – an Island Innkeeper
